We are home from our Disney World Vacation. you will see our Pre Trip Report first and then the Trip Report will follow.

Our Family is now gearing up for fun filled adventure, We were supposed to go in February ,Then It got pushed back to June Then due to my school and other things, We had to pushed it back one last time. We have a date and this date will not change this time, We are going in September … Going will be Myself (Amanda), my DH (Jason) and our two little ones - James 6 years old and Alexis is 5 years old.

We will be staying in Disney world at our favorite value resort, Pop Century. The kids just love this hotel, we used to go and stay here on the weekends when we lived in Orlando, We picked the 16-24th because that is when our agent could find us an available room with FREE dining, Yep you heard me right we got free dining!!
Disney & Free Disney Food …. Does it get any better then that...

We booked with Magic Your Way hopper. We are staying 9 days 8 nights.

Here is A little more info on our family before I continue this report.

Let’s see where do I start …
My hubby Jason and I have been married for 7 years now, we are both Disney NUTS.
We even had a Disney honeymoon. We had a great time.

After the Honeymooned we knew we wanted to live In Orlando FL... So within a year we were living 5 Mins from Walt Disney World... At night you could walk out to the backyard look toward Disney & you could see the nightly fireworks in the sky.
We have had two children along the way, James who is now 6 and Alexis who is 5. They love Disney just as much as we do . James’ 1st trip to Disney world was at 6 months old & Alexis’ was only 4/5 weeks old when she started going.

We had AP’s back then & would stay at the pop resort when we just wanted a nice weekend getaway. You got to love those AP rates.

But over a year ago we moved away (I know … I Know what You're saying.. Why in the world would you move away…? Let me just say, It was the biggest mistake we ever made & We are counting down till we are able to move again) We are now living on the gulf coast and hate it here,
We are missing Disney very much… And we are looking forward to our trip home, because Orlando will always be home to us.

The Kids are thrilled because they will be able to experience all the thrill rides they couldn't ride before.

So let the planning start….

Our current itinerary/ADR’s


Sun, Sept 16th:
-Drive from the Gulf Coast of Mississippi at 6 am, Get to Orlando area Around 3 or 4 pm.
-Stop at Wal*mart in Clermont for room Snacks & Breakfast foods for the room

-Check-in at POP Resort Then Jump up and down & scream..... We Are At Disney World WooHoo.. lol, Just kidding or am I ?

-Swimming at pool
-Late Dinner at Chef Mickey's



Mon, Sept 17th:

-Early Morning Breakfast at Crystal Palace
-At 9:45am we will be at Tom Sawyer island, So James & Alexis can get 2 of the 5 paint brushes thats hidden on the island ( for those that don't know if you find one you Win a certificate for front of the line at one of the mountain rides for the whole family, Very fun for the kids)

-We will spend the whole day at MK

-Late Lunch at Pecos Bills,

-Wishes fireworks- we will Close the park ..

-Late Dinner at Pop Resort



Tue, Sept 18th:
-Breakfast in room, head to MGM for Rope Drop.
-Lunch at backlot,
-Dinner at 50's prime time café

-Fantasmic at 8pm, We will close the park.

-No EMH's tonight so we will head back resort.



Wed, Sept 19th:

-Breakfast in room, Head over to the morning toddler EMH at MK,

-Then off to AK - run for fast passes for Expedition Everest
-Lunch At tusker house, Do the EMH at AK tonight then
head over to Epcot for late dinner at Garden Grill.

-Then back to resort.



Thurs, Sept 20th:
-Sleep in. –Late Breakfast in room, Then off to Disney water parks Typhoon Lagoon & Blizzard Beach.

-Lunch at one of the water parks,

-Dinner at Concourse Steakhouse .

-Watch Mk Fireworks from the Contemporary , Then head back to the resort.



Fri, Sept 21st:
-Breakfast in room, head to the morning Todder EMH at MK ,

-Then Off to Epcot For lunch at the Coral Reef w/ little extra magic surprise for my family (I'll Post what the Magic surprise is in my next update ).

-We will Stay for the EMH night at Epcot

-Have a Late Dinner at Sunshine Seasons - or eat back at POP



Sat, Sept 22nd:

-Sleep-in/swim at resort,

-Then head over to Epcot

-Late Lunch at le cellier

-Then Park hop to whatever park (Maybe back to AK) ,

-Dinner is OPEN to whatever?


Sun, Sept 23rd:
-Breakfast in Room, Open MK at rope drop

-Then later park Hop

-Lunch is open to whatever

-Then hop back to MK For our last night dinner at Crystal Palace

-stay for the EMH night at MK




Mon, Sept 24th:
Breakfast in Room, Then Check Out
Head over to downtown Disney to eat lunch at Planet Hollywood ,Then drive around Orlando. to all our old favorites places, Then head home to the Gulf Coast ( Thats going to be a sad sad Day ….

We are going to eat at the coral Reef at Epcot , I am having a sign & personalized menu Made as a surprise to my Hubby & Kids . The sign Is going to say...​

1st You need to call the disney dinning line to make your ADR for coral reef. hang up ..

make sure you have the correct ADR time & # in hand when you call.

call 407-560-6636 that # goes right to the coral reef
you will want to talk with Debbi or Meredith ( most of the time one of them will answer the phone)

tell them you would like to get the diver sign & personalized menu

They will ask you for your ADR # and time

they will ask you what you would like the sign to say .. is it for a birthday or just a magical night. (She will help you come up with something magical to say)

then they will give you a email address to send the photo's too ...


thats it .. And its free cool Huh ...
