My Knoebels bill is here...

Yeah, once again it's the only bill I love to see!

With everything going on, I'm so looking forward to camping at Knoebels for the week. At least with all my personal problems, I can drown my sorrows by having fun there

Anyone else planning on going this year? If so, in the letter it states that ride rates would not be going up this year. That will help some budgets.

I camped with my parents when I was little-- they had a little lock and always put the zippers on the inside and locked them together with the little lock.

You can take a 2-5 minute walk to the park from this cottage....Although it takes my children exactly 60 seconds to run there

We're going! Just for the day though. I found some tickets from last year that should actually last us for the day. I bought the "big bundle" of tickets last year - great deal for our family of 6. I thought we would use them all that day- but nope we have about half left over!

mmmm. have a piece of fudge for me!

I'm thinking we'll go Mother's day if it's nice. They give all the Mom's a coursage! So cute! It's such a nice family park.
Have fun. But shhhhhh. It's supposed to be a secret.

For those that rent a cottage.....Do you take the whole week? Do the kids get bored? Is it hard to get a cottage? We always go for the day but I wouldn't mind the cottage for a few days, even the week.

The Augustine's cabin is spotless. Actually, you cannot check out until Mrs. Augustine comes over and inspects the cottage with you They are very particular who they will rent their cottage to.

You can see and hear the Old Smokey steam train from the cabin

We camp for a week and DD doesn't get bored. One day we'll minature golf & catch some shows, go to the pool a few days, fishing at the lake nearby (or stream we found). Last year was the first time we stayed for the whole week and it felt so much better. We took our time and spread everything out. We even relaxed by the campfire and played games for a night. DD loved it and hated to leave.

We camp in our travel trailer from Sunday - Sunday and the rate is $225 for the week. Can't beat that!

Yikes I don't like the personal inspection either.....this one looks sort of nice....very dated but as long as it's clean....just can't get past those couches from 1970 though LOL.

We have rented from them in the past and, yes, it is weird

BUT, it is the pay off for having a SPOTLESS (albeit dated) place to stay I cannot describe how clean it is
