Then 24 days after that they will be in DISNEY.....What LUCKY KIDS.....My parents were never that cool..LOL

I even had to go to school on my birthday !!!!

My kids started last week and in 25 day we are off to WDW as well. My parents were never that cool either. My families first trip, we can't wait!

My daughter starts Thursday...I have taken her out in past years for vacations (once for Disney) but last year she had perfect attendance (first year ever!!!) I figure now that she is getting older, that is probably more important although I am sure i would pull her out for a Disney trip if I got the chance. This year we are going over Christmas and she will already be out of school.

My son also starts school tomorrow. We're going to WDW during Presidents Day week.

We get to vacation without worrying about making up missed assignment, exams, and dealing with unexcused absences..

My DD started today -- we are pulling her out two days before her Christmas break in order to get to WDW for Christmas.

My son starts on FRIDAY---then we are off to WDW on 9/21. My mother would have NEVER NEVER done this. In fact I had perfect attendance for 8 out of 12 years.

My son starts school tomorrow - kindergarten we are leaving on the 18th.

Wow, my DD has been in school since August 17!

She'll miss 2 days of school when we go to Disney next month (ooooo, I love saying that!). Our school district has a 3-day Fall Break (Wed-Fri) and I am taking her out Mon-Tue.

Only 45 Days !!!!!

All of you parents seem so excited for the kids to be back in school... My parents were thrilled too when my sister and I were younger and it was back to school time.. When I was in elem. school my parents would take us to Disney in mid sept... So I guess they are cool too. LOL

Wow! My kids have been back in school since August 4th! We leave in 31 days, but my kids have a week off of school Oct. 9-13, so they won't be missing any school. We're all about perfect attendance here, UNLESS they're sick, of course. Have fun on your vacation.
