grrrrrrrr Our trip is 8 days out and up until last night my 7 year old son has been insisting that he wanted nothing to do with the characters. That he didn't want to meet ANY of them. So I scheduled no character meals and planned no meet and greets. Last night my grandma asked him what he was most excited about for disney and he replies with "probably getting my picture taken with pluto and goofy and mickey!" WAIT, WHAT'S THAT NOW, KID??? I'm like ummm you said you didn't want to meet any characters! He's like, I don't, I just want my picture taken with them. THAT'S THE SAME THING!!!!!! UGHGHGHGHG

I've been trying chef mickey every couple hours since then for any openings and I also tried Cape May since it has pluto and goofy and I figured we could do a mickey meet at the park if we had to. Are there any other restaurants that feature pluto? Is there any advise trying to get a ressie this late??? ughghgh

At tusker house you have characters in safari outfit.

Characters are everywhere to meet, I would stop worrying. Check out Kenny the Pirate for locations.

I know we've met Pluto often at the entrance to Epcot and I think at the Character Spot, he's with Goofy in the Animal Kingdom. Mickey is available at all the parks. And there are so many that he might even change his mind after arrival.

Pluto and Mickey are at Ohana breakfast and Garden Grill too.

Pluto does meet in the Garden Grill along with Chip n Dale and Mickey.

pluto is usually a the flag pole in MK in the AM. Mickey on Main St. you can prob still get a fast pas for him even. Goofy in circus tent at back of park. done. No need to waste the money on the food at Chef Mickey.

I believe Pluto is at Garden Grill in EPCOT, but Goofy is not there.

You can get Goofy at Tusker House I believe, but no Pluto.

I think Pluto is also easily accessible in EPCOT's character spot if you book a meal with Goofy somewhere else.

You can meet Pluto and Mickey along with Lilo and Stitch at Breakfast at Ohana. I would check dining IF that's what you want up until the day of for cancellations.

Or you can just try meeting them in the parks. I don't remember the line for Pluto @MK being very long. We caught Mickey at Townsquare on our way out of the park one night and only waited 10 mins.

Not a character meal but do you have a Chase Disney Visa by chance? If so there is a special meet and greet in Epcot...Last year we meet Mickey and Goofy there with hardly any wait at all. Here's the info...

If you are staying on property, go to the concierge and ask for any dining openings for a character dinner. Should be no problem. I always make changes and found the concierge to be most accommodating. I asked once when there were no options on-line and I was told that there are openings available to hotel concierges to accommodate their guests.
