My Kid Got Into Grad School!!!

I hope you all don't mind! I need to brag, and I don't want to do it to anyone in RL (until they ask, "so, did the kid get into any of the schools they wanted?" Then, of course, they'll get an ear full! ).

We applied to 3, and they were all ones I wasn't sure it they weren't too much of a reach, and this was the first choice, so , pressure's off.

OK, that's it! I'm done. I owe you one if anyone wants to brag to me about their kids!

Thanks! Isn't it funny how I'm taking partial credit for this?

I guess it doesn't change even when they grow up. A question for you with kids who are parents themselves - Will I be feeling this way until they are my age or will I someday give it up and let them live their own lives????
