Oh great picture
That is my aim fro July to track down Jack Sparrow- for the kids obviously
This was taken on our last full day at DLP. It was a Saturday and we saw Jack as we were on the POTC ride. He was hanging out at the Blue Lagoon. We asked at the restaurant if we could see him and they encouraged us to do so even though we didnt have a booking. Incidentally we tried then and there to get a table and although the restaurant was half empty, they were unfortunately fully booked that day.
We then just waited for him. The staff at the restaurant were great and actively encouraged us to go and grab him. But i am a Brit and i felt it was polite to wait until he had finished with the paying customers in the restaurant before we grabbed him.
He was really excellent. He was very much english and spoke exactly like him. If you closed your eyes it could have been him!!
It was really strange actually as we told him where we were from and he started talking about things in our area!! He then commented that he gets around alot, all in the character of Jack!!
He was great with the kids and they were totally thrilled, especially my eldest Harry who is sooo into the films at the moment.
It made an already special holiday even better. The icing on the cake.
