My original iPod Mini from like 2003  finally died last night. (RIP little pink iPod)

I want to get a replacement ASAP to use while on the treadmill. I want something that is compatible with iTunes since that is where all my music is stored and something under $50 (ideally).

The reviews for the newest iPod shuffle are terrible.

I can buy a refurbished older iPod shuffle on Ebay. Is that a good idea?

My old iPod came with its own charger but do they still come with chargers?

I am so out of the "cool" loop I fcould really use some advice. :rotfl:

Thanks so much! :goodvibes

I myself just brought in my old shuffle last year and got a discount for recycling it on my new ipod classic:goodvibes

Amazon.com is still selling the older iPod models that haven't been used. Maybe check those ones out.

I keep checking there for pink iPod minis just for the nostalgia factor. That was my first-ever iPod and I accidentally semi-killed it (cracked the LCD screen, though the iPod itself still functioned perfectly; it was just basically a 4 GB shuffle since the screen was useless). I've had several iPods since that one (I'm kind of a gadget junkie, particularly with regard to iPods) but still have a soft spot for that one. It's just so CUTE. :lovestruc
