This may be a little long, so I will apologize in advance. It has been years since my last trip to WDW and this is DH and DD8's 1st trip. We have 9 days, and I am trying to get the most in without killing ourselves. I am already planning our next trip, so I know we will be back! :)

My question is, in your past experiences, do you think I have too much scheduled or not enough? I have become an OCD trip planner, but really am not much like that in real life, so we plan on playing some things by ear.

Here's our crew:

DH 41--In good shape (runner, softball player, etc...)
DD8--In Very good shape, can go for hours, but I don't want to push her
Me29--Not in such great shape, eat, drink and smoke too much, but I'm young and more excited about this trip than anyone else!!!!!!

Dates: Wed. 3-29--Fri. 4-6 {7 day hopper pass w/ 5 extras}
We are staying offsite....I know, I know....next time OK? Here is the plan:

Wed--Fly in arrive 8:30am
Pick up car, head to DQ
Reservations Rainforest Cafe 5pm
Check into hotel

Thr--MGM
Mama Melrose's lunch
Leave for dinner about 7pm

Fri--MK(finally, right???) Arrive for opening
Early lunch
Leave park about 1pm
Swim at hotel, relax, early dinner
Return to MK

Sat--AK (arrive at opening)
Stay all day, leave around dinner time
Possibly head back to MGM for Fantasmic

Sun--EPCOT
Stay all day, leave about 7 for quick dinner....possibly explore onsite properties.

Mon--Midweek Relaxing Day...at TL. I know how relaxing is walking up hundreds of stairs. I was thinking if we were not too tired to venture over to BB halfway through the day we'd be able to see both. Is this doable???

We also live 5 minutes from a huge, beautiful water park that we live at in the summer, with all the same draws as TL and BB, so we are not insistent about doing everything at each water park.

Tue--MK Arrive at opening
Either leave at 4 for dinner, or leave at 1 to swim, relax, etc...
Return to MK for Parade/Wishes

Wed--Sea World (I think this will be another somewhat relaxing day)
Leave about 5 for dinner
Return to MK to do some additional rides during Parade/fireworks

Thr--Epcot(arrive later...do WS)
ADR at Coral Reef(I'm also still up in the air about this, although I have the ADR booked already) 5:30pm
Illuminations

Fri--Do we have to go home already?????

I would really appreciate some feedback on this. Please do not mention not going to Sea World b/c while I would be all for it, DD is not going to have it. :)

Would you do more/less???

I wouldn't think it was bad although my DH loves staying on property and leaves by lunch(but we spend well over 20 days a year there) and will head back in the evening. Don't miss Fantasmic- it is the best night show in my opinion.

Also each park has a great opening show that you should try to catch(plus the ability to get on rides is better).

Sea World has a very interesting night show also that you might want to return for if you like fireworks and such.

Doing 2 water parks in 1 day is possible as long as you realize that your not planning on doing much of anything more than 1 time.

Coral Reef is a beautiful place to eat. When you are in Epcot and thinking of leaving to eat instead you may want to try one of the WS CS restraunts that can be fairly inexpensive depending on the amount you eat.

Make sure that you all drink plenty of water, the more water you drink the easier a schedule like that will be.

Great schedule...I love your "crew" descriptions!!! I don't think it's overly ambitious at all. Just bring comfy sneakers and drink lots of water. You've factored in breaks- which are always nice, especially if it's really hot. DH and I have done the 4 parks in two days (MK/AK day 1, Epcot/MGM Day 2) and literally did EVERYTHING we wanted to do. Of course this was in Sept when the crowds are really low but still! After that, we think any schedule is possible :thumbsup2

I do really want to do Coral Reef(We used to go when I was little every year to WDW and it was tradition to eat there, so it's more for nostalgia purposes than anything else really) The only reason I am unsure of it, is b/c that will be our last day, and if we have run "over-budget" :) It may not be doable...oh and I defintely want to do CS at the WS(Morocco).

I guess I will have one less glass of wine w/ dinner every night and that alone could pay for some of Coral Reef!!! :)
