So I went to McD's tonight, because I was really craving a Big Mac...even though I know how many calories those things have, how bad they are, yadda, yadda, yadda, I couldn't resist. So I'm sitting their eating it, enjoying it yet feeling a twang of guilt with each bite. And then I had an epiphany!

Why doesn't McDonalds make a smaller version of the Bic Mac? It could be on a cheeseburger bun, but with sesame seeds, without that extra bread in the middle. Same ingredients, just minus one beef patty and less sauce. They could call it the Mini Mac.

What do you think?? Should I send them my bright idea?? I did warn you that I am bored!! This is what happens at times like these!

Sounds like a great idea to me! Sometimes I do crave the taste of the Big Mac, but they are so filling I feel like I am going to bust a gut. So I would definitely buy a junior version. Put me down as a positive in your market reasearch! LOL.

Yes, my husband would love it. He always takes the middle bread out and just throws it away..........he says he likes the sauce and the seeded bun, but not that extra bread.

Here you can order a normal hamburger and tell them to make it like a Mac which is just what you would want. Ask around and see if they know what you are talking about.

I would buy it, it sounds like a good idea to me.

(I also think they should make their Happy Meal Captain Jack Sparrow dolls lifesize :rotfl: )

I think that sounds like a great idea. We have to cut back where we can. Now if the price would be mini size too. Maybe we could get a bouncing burger. It's too busy jumping around to be eaten. I'm kind of bored, too. :teeth:

I'd buy a mini Big Mac! That's a great idea.

My kids just got the PoC swords a few days ago. They love them. I am going to miss all of the Disney promotions at McDonalds.

Boy, that puts a new spin on the "Happy" in Happy Meal! :thumbsup2

They've done this already. A few years ago they had a Big Mac Jr. I only saw it once at a McDs in a small town. Maybe it was just somthing they were testing out and failed. But I definitely had the Big Mac Jr. before. It was great! Yummy Big Mac without the excess.

They used to have a kids mac up here in canada, it was great and I always got that. We have requested a cheese burger dressed as a mac recently and except for the bun, which came plain, no seeds, is was great. Try out this special request at you local MickeyD's

My kids actually prefer the salads to the Happy Meals but don't get the toys so they sometimes get the Happy Meal for the toy. Wish they offered a kids salad Happy Meal.
I have a great McD's story. I was ordering a Happy meal and asked the kid at the register, "If a hamburger is $.79 and a cheeseburger is $.89, how come a hamburger Happy Meal is $1.99 and the cheeseburger Happy Meal is $2.69?"
The kid said, "I don't know ma'am. I'm making a D in math!"

I already do that! When I do order the Big Mac, I just take it apart and have a double cheese, no bread in the middle and scrap off alot of the goo & lettuce.
