My husband lost his job today.

Ya know, you never really think it's going to happen to you. We're very stressed out, but trying to look at the bright side...maybe this is the push we needed to reassess our priorities and start over. I just have to keep telling myself that.

Anyway, I'm not the praying type but would appreciate any positive thoughts you could send. My husband is a very good man who didn't deserve this.

I am so sorry to hear this. We went through this just over a year ago with my DH. It wasn't necessarily the easiest time in our lives as we had just closed on our house just weeks before. We survived though. DH had to take a job he wasn't too fond of but we worked it out. We found out very quickly what we could and could not survive without and made it work. Now just over a year later, DH has a great job and is up for a promotion that should happen by the end of the year. Looking back on it I am so much happier with him where he is at now and had he not been laid off he would have missed this job (they needed him ASAP and he was able to leave his temp job with no notice). So there is my long ramble but I hope it helps give you hope and keep looking on the brighter side. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers {{hugs}}
