My Hubby is so sweet.....

I was hooked by the Fairytale commercials on tv and got a quote for October out of curiosity. When I told hubby he said it was a great price but he likes me to book earlier so we have more time to pay for it and save money for the trip. I was kind of bummed but I understood, with our oldest graduating HS on Friday we have some extra expenses coming up with that (not to mention 3 neices HS graduation gifts, two birthdays and a nephew graduated college). Anyway, this morning hubby says "how much was that quote for Disney World?", I told him again and he said "how much would it be for just you and Nick?" (that's DS15), I told him I wasn't sure but it would be less than for him and I and DS15, he told me to get a new quote and just Nick and I could go, he isn't really interested in WDW this year but he would like to take a trip to visit a buddy in West Palm Beach in the Spring....Yippeeeeee!!!!! I can't wait to get the quote, DS15 is the only family member who has NEVER been to WDW plus I could push the reservations back into November since they extended the dates so now we have more time to save for a great trip! I'm so excited!!!!!

How fun for you. I've always wanted to go with just one child. They are grown now, but it would still be such fun to spend a vacation one-on-one. Have a great time planning!

Got our quote and will book it today! DS is excited, he's the mommy's boy of my two sons so even though he would have loved going with both DH and I he is even more excited about it being just him and I. I would be glad to loan out DH sometimes but I think the postage to ship him to someone would be prohibitive This all may have something to do with him going to the Hot Wheels Convention two years in a row and he's setting me up to not give him a hard time about going next year as well......whatever gets me to WDW
