My Hoop Dee Doo reservation disappeared

Made a reservation for our December trip way back on my 180 day in June. Recieved confirmation email so I thought I was good. It's been showing in MDE since then as I have checked repeatedly over the past few weeks. When I looked at MDE this morning it was gone! Has this happened to anyone else? I know many have had luck in recent days FINALLY getting res. for this fall. Do you think they cleared out all existing reservations when these new ones opened up?

Edited to add: when I look at "my reservations" on regular DW website it IS still showing. Just not showing in MDE app. But it WAS there all along.

If I were you I'd make sure I had the confirmation number saved somewhere especially as this is an event that you have paid for in advance. Mine is still both online and on the app for december
 
There's something up with it for sure --- on my MDE for my reservation in a couple weeks (which I made in February) it's just saying 6:15 PM for 2 guests & the confirmation number. No info at all other than that, doesn't even say Hoop Dee Doo at the top it's just blank

Thanks for the reply. I remember your posts from the other HDDMR thread so like me, I know you were able to make your res. before the problems started.
My CC was charged and I printed the confirmation email from Disney. Definitely bringing reservation confirmation# with me.

I had a hard time making ADRs at 180+ so made a bunch of them by phone and did not get the email confs on those. HDDR I did online and have the email conf (I just checked for myself). The problems were going on for months before I was able to reserve. I'm not sure why I've been so blessed, lol. But I was able to make it for 6:15 on 12/9 (which is what I wanted). Someone else on my happy dance group made it for the same show around the same time... but that show looks entirely unavailable now. not sure what is going on but so frustrated for people! I keep imagining I'm going to show up to a mostly empty room and only like 3 other families there.

I called Disney Dining and they said they were doing work on the website / app so maybe that's why it's all funky. It shows up on the website when I go on my laptop but not on app on iPhone. So strange!
 
I have been trying to Reservations in January and they do not show any available on the web site. I have called Dis dining and they can't find any either. Any ideas?
 
Glad you got it figured out. Last time we made a reservation there we had a similar issue as I had confirmation but it didn't show up anywhere. I ended up sending an email (with the confirmation) just to make sure we were good and it turns out we were not, but they were able to add the reservation for me (online it was showing category 1 was sold out). Just had to pay when we got there vice before.

After reading your post I decided to call Disney just confirm my res. is still showing in their system. Thankfully it is showing up on their end too. I hope it stays that way! I'll just have to keep an eye on it though. Still wondering why it's not showing up in MDE though.
