My helpful office mates.....

A few of the folks in my office have to fly to Charlotte tomorrow for a weekend traing class.( I begged out...too cold there) Anyway...one of our newest employees will be taking her first airplane ride. So naturally some of us have been teasing her a little. OK ALOT...We've been telling her what she can and can't do, what she can carry on and stuff like that.

We've told her about the little airsick bags......about the bathroom and bumpy flights.....I think she is ready to go....

One of the other girls says to her... "Make sure you bring gum for your ears"! She looks at me with a really confused look on her face and asks me "really"?? I said...Yeah....about half a stick in each ear should do it......... maybe someone will tell her before she sticks it in her ear!!!

When a friend was taking her first flight years ago, my DH rented the movie Delta Force for her to watch with us. Thankfully she has a good sense of humor and wasn't mad at him for doing it.
