ARGH!!!!!! We leave in less than 2 weeks and do not have all our ADRs. Its not even the we don't have "our" ADRs, we have days where we have none! I'm hoping that in a few cases we can do walk ups and I'm also hoping to squeeze in Spoodles or Cape May but I just cannot handle all this decision making ahead of time. I hate being tied down and sooooo miss the spontanaity of how dining at WDW used to be. I appreciate the free dining plan but I don't think we'll ever do this again. It seems like this whole program makes any kind of spur of the moment stuff next to impossible. *sigh* God bless all of you who thrive on this "organization of every bit of vacation" stuff. Not me.....I have enough of that in my normal life. :sad2:

I had a ton of ressies for our March April trip but DH changed things up on me alot so we called the 407 dining line and asked what was available where and what times and I could not believe that there was alot of to choose from. Not Le Cellier or CRT but still many good choices.

Also check with the resort conceirge every day, they can help alot too

You're staying Deluxe so for 2TS room service is an option and really spontaneous!

I feel your pain..
We just booked last night for our trip starting on Sat so there isn't much left to get an ADR for. I have no idea what we will do for dinner meals if we wish to eat out. We luckily have a car with us and can cook in our FW cabin but we do love our TS meals...

Karen,

Breathe. Last year I went during FDDP and I was able to get same day ADRs. Dh likes a more relaxed pace, I am a plan freak. I made ADRs for everyday, BUT we diverted from the plan on a few days. I was able to call WDW-DINE from my room or my cell phone and see what was available that day. I got Boma dinner the morning of, and snagged a WCC ADR for only 30 minutes later! I always canceled the ADR that I was not using.

I have much better luck calling ahead rather than walking up. That way I haven't wasted time and energy going to a restaurant just to be turned away.

Also remember your lobby concierge and guest services at the park van also help you out. I've gotten a same day Chefs de France ADR by stopping at Guest Services as I entered Epcot.:thumbsup2

Also remember yu may have more luck getting some same day signature ADR's as some people shy away from 2 TS eateries.

Don't stress over it. Remember it's VACATION. I'm sure you'll be able to find somewhere to eat. :goodvibes

I dont think it has anything to do with the free dining, I am going an dhad to call for my ADRs and I dont like it but if I wanna eat more then a counter service guess I dont have a choice. I know if can be over whlming and sometimes I feel like giving up but I keep going and boy is it worth it when I get down there

I've had good luck with what I call the Disney Dining Roulette -- I call whenever the urge strikes me and ask for anything in the area (resorts or in the park) of the park I think we'll be at that day. Most of the time I have at least one option, even if it's not something I would've thought to try.

We tried Chefs de France, Kona cafe, Liberty Tree and the Crystal Palace this way. CP is now our official first morning of the trip meal so I'm glad I spun the wheel! This trip we're trying Grand Floridian Cafe via this method this next trip.

If you're open to whatever might be open you should have at least a few interesting options. Have a great trip!!!
