My hats off to CSR!!!

We have just returned from our first WDW trip. While we were out one night, my DS(2) got his leg bitten by some kind of bug. It bit him at least 20 times on the back of his leg on his upper thigh. The area was red and swollen. We went back to the hotel to the concierge desk and ask to speak with someone to see if they could identify a bug we had seen around him earlier that evening. The manager ended up calling the FD paramedics out to the hotel. They put us in a office area and the paramedics came in there to see him. After looking at it, they told us to just give him Benedryl and watch it. Well CSR gift shop does not carry childrens Benedryl, only adult tabs and generic cream. So the manager sent someone out to Walgreens to get it. I offered to pay for it, but he refused. About 45 min. later, The Children's Benedryl and Benedryl gel was delivered to our room.When we checked out, there was no charges for this on our bill. CSR went above and beyond what they had to. We will definately stay there again. We are already planning to go again!!

Those are the kinds of stories I love to hear. Disney CMs really do go above and beyond to take care of us. We are heading to CSR in 3 weeks for our first visit to that resort. Great to hear you enjoyed it and were treated well.

That is a happy ending to a bad beginning. I just added benadryl liquid and cream to my travel first aid pack. I dont want this to happen to me.
