Last week I read a tip in a cooking mag about mixing meatloaf. It said to put all of the ingredients in a large ziploc, zip it up and mush it together from the outside. Well, tonight I am grilling burgers and wanted to spice them up a bit so I added a chorizo sausage and some other stuff. Then I remembered the tip about the meatloaf. Into the bag all of that stuff went and...it worked!
BTW--I did not have a large ziploc so I used a large oven roasting bag with a twistie. If you try this, be sure to get most of the air out of the bag.

Would make my life so much simpler sometimes to do the "disposable" thing. Just can't do it, though.
She will cook it and eat it, just won't touch it when raw.
