my guilt trip- plz help!

i feel very guilty but i can't explain it. this guest came up to me and asked to trade. she offered a red shirt with that gold lanyard on it and told me it was rare. i started laughing and asked her "oh really?". i figured maybe she didn't no what rare was bc she seemed pretty new judging by her name. i offered her my organ which i have no use for bc i figured it would be a nice treat for her. then she told me she was sorry bc the shirt wasn't really rare. then she stopped the trade. i figured i would just give her the organ for her honety, but she left the room too quickly. is there any reason why i should feel guilty?

Nope, none what so ever. It sounds to me like she was hoping you would buy the "rare" shirt bit and offer her something really rare for it. You didn't so she left. And just because some one has guest in their name does not mean they are new to the game. (I am sure some of them are, but not all.) Some of the guest you see could be some one like my self who has been there since day 1, and just made a new account.

its actually a common scam. Create a new account, choose some clothes you can get as a new character and cant buy and then tell people how rare it is, get something good for it, and trade it to their real character.

wash, rinse... repeat!

i suppose not, but i felt bad for making her tell me that she was about to scam me. i suppose i'm just a softy.
