Just to let you all know my account has been hacked. While talking with illusionistic he followed me hobowendy around and i can not sign in at all. I have tried all ways to change sign in info and no luck. If anyone has any ideas what I can do or if there is a phone number out there to use please let me know. But untill I post here it is NOT ME on vmk.

try going to disneyland.com and try logging in, but choose 'forgot password' adn see if that gets you anywhere.

I can sign in at disneyland.com and have changed my password. VMK says my user name is wrong. But it won't let me sign in to change it

i have tried that it says, Your e-mail address, member name, last name, or birthday does not match our records. Please enter the E-mail Address, Member Name, Last Name, and Birthday you used when you registered.

So who ever has done this has gone beyond what i know how to fix

Thanks Cute, but looks like i won't be on anytime soon. Sent messages to vmk as parent cause it won't take my player info and they still have not gotten back to me with anything, guess the last few days of vmk are not important enough for them to respond. Sorry if I sould mad, i am. I can not understand why anyone would do this. I look so forward daily to seeing my friends an now that is gone too

Try this, maybe it will help:

Go to disneyland.com and login. Then click on My Profile.

It will show what email address, name, and birthdate are on file, along with other information.

You can click the EDIT button to change your information.
