My friends the summer offer will be

PINs are discount codes mailed to specific people for specific time frames. They are random from what anyone can tell. All you need to be eligible is an account on the Disney site. There are currently no active PINs out, but AoA Little Mermaid rooms have been excluded from PINs as well as general public offers. Disney just doesn't need to discount those rooms because they are in demand and sell well without any incintive.

I was shocked to see the "cheapest" rooms at AOA for our dates were around $350 per night!

Contemporary Resort - standard garden wing rooms - are these included? what is the % discount for these rooms? Thanks for the heads up on info danny, much appreciated!

I stayed there while on a one-night business trip and the room theming in the Cars was unbelievable. I think it is totally worth the extra $$ if you have a large family. Unfortunatly, I could not justify it when going this summer with my family as it was cheaper to stay at POFQ for us. If I had a 3rd child, I would totally do it.

I may have missed this, but will Grand Floridian CL rooms be included at the end up July? Thanks!!

I can't answer you exactly, but I checked GF RPC with the Spring Promo for our May vacation. The discount was only 5%. Guess that way they can say it is included, but it's such a small amount, it may as well be rack rate.

We booked June 24-July 2 at POR. Would we be looking at a 20 or 25% discount? Also any idea on the ticket discount for 6 day PH & water park? Would we be better off booking at another resort for a better discount?

96 days til our first Disney Vacation!

Wow, that's unfortunate. Would prob have to consider Poly if that's the case. Crossing fingers the SL will fare better on this discount.

I didn't check SL as I only wanted RPC, so I don't know if that was any better. But good luck! I hope you can get a great discount!! :goodvibes

Dear Danny 25... On the morning of April 2 when we all call at 7:00 am do we mention a code or say this is a summer deal like the spring one . Will the cm know what we are trying to say , because some do and some dont! (Sorry if this question has already been asked) Iam taking off from work that Tuesday morning just so I can call at 7:00!!! Or do you think the deal wiil come out later on that day? Thank you, Marla :goodvibes

Okay, I want to make sure I understand this....

We are booked at the Art of Animation for June 16-22. So with this discount we should get 15% off our room, correct? And then a small discount on our tickets?

Kristy

according to the first post in the thread, yes, unless you are in the Little Mermaid section and then, no.

This would be great, if it is true since we are planning a stay during that time period. But, the current Spring deal goes from 4/2/13-6/14/13... and danny25 says the Summer deal is for travel between 6/13/13-8/14/13. Slight date discrepancy there...I don't think they would have a Summer deal that starts the day BEFORE their current promotion ends. I hope I am wrong, but it seems a little strange.

Can danny25 or anyone else clarify??:scratchin

It's possible since you can't book the Spring Offer after March 31st.

Anyone have any idea how much of a discount I could expect at Pop? We are booked at Fort Wilderness starting on the 10th but we would now like to arrive on August 6th. Unfortunately we can't afford another 5 days at a cabin but we might be able to at the Pop.
Would the discount be 20%? 25%?

Thanks!

I certainly hope he is right! :). We too have a trip planned for late July into August and would LOVE a good discount! May be able to upgrade hotel if danny25 is right!! I guess we'll wait and see...:dance3:

I would say he is right. His information is very specific, so it's obvious a travel agent or Disney CM is leaking him the information. This is all wonderful until someone gets caught. Last I heard, Disney was cracking down hard on the leaks.

Thanks, black562. I am relatively new to the dis boards, so I guess I still question some information. :cool1:

But, I do have to say, the are a lot of great people willing to weigh in and help out! Thanks to all! Now, I can only hope Disney Visa cardholders will get a jump on the discounts earlier than the general public!! Fingers crossed!

Well the visa holders most definitely get the jump on free dining by three days.
