My FPs All Disappeared After I Called and Agent Removed An Extra Email, Help!

I had to call the WDW phone number to inquire about my magic bands and they agent told me I had two emails associated with my account. She asked if I wanted to remove one and I said yes and she did and now alllllll my FPs are GONE. It says I haven't made any! I looked in the notes part of my phone and see that I had used the email she got rid of, to make my account and FPs. She assured me getting rid of it would not do any damage. What do I do now?? I'm on hold with them right now but I'm freaking out. I leave next week so there are no good FPs left... I do have screen shots of my FPs but what good will those do?

Stay on the phone. Talk to them. They should be able to handle your issue.

Okay, my FPs are still there. The agent had me do a lot of things, including resetting my password. I'm still having issues with the desktop (when I sign in it takes me to the right page for a split second [the four park icons page] but then immediately goes back to the sign in page). It WAS working five minutes ago when on the phone with him, but now the desktop is wonky again. The app is now working though, and I can see my FPs. I wanted to print out my FPs with confirmation numbers but I don't see any confirmation numbers, even when I click on each FP individually. Hopefully I'm good...
