My first trip to WDW and DH's first time being arrested (Dec 2009)

Cute picture but not nice, Lee!:rotfl:

Agreed but a least we have a better idea - we now know his height (at least in relation to Leela) & his hair color..

Thanks for the updates Lee, I was getting worried about you when you were away so long... I know the end is coming up quick but I don't want it to end...

This is the best TR EVER!!!!

heheheh:lmao:
just a little teaser there, I am so evil!

Ugh, you really are a tease. :rotfl:

I agree with a PP, cute picture! Kinda makes me think of Twilight for some reason, mostly your hair.

Lee- I have never read a TR report before, with my upcoming trip around the corner, I thought I'd read one to get me in the spirit. Your tagline caught my eye and for days now I've been reading your post and enjoying it. :thumbsup2

You said you like to read have you ever read any Joan Johnston? She writes a lot about ranches and cowboys. Reading your intro, made me think of her book.
Check them out.

Looking forward to the rest of the report :)

I just wanted to pop in and say that I LOVE your writing style! It's amazing...And I'm not so proud of this fact....I'm a college student but I sat here and read all 78 pages....in like 5 hours. It helped that my boyfriend was at the ice rink....:)

And I Love the photo!

Yay!! More updates!! :-D
My DH keeps asking me "how's that trip report going where the guy got arrested!?" LOL I've been saving each post in a word document so he can read it once it's finished. However, it's at 113 pages now and I'm thinking maybe I should have him start it. Part of the fun is waiting for the next installment! :-D

party: Here's your welcome home party.
Your Thumper_Man does sound amazing, I'm glad ya'll had a good time and I swelled with pride that I was able to contribute a little tiny bit with my story, it makes me so happy that you looked at Disney a little different, I wonder if I will see it different next time I go back?

So his nipples survived?! that's good news, I was worried ya know:lmao:
I hate mosquitos, they suck! (do you like that play on word thing?)

I will try and finish up this trip report by the end of the month, Animal Kingdom, actually December 10th all day was just busy so there's a lot to write about, but I need to get this done the holidays are fast approaching and I want to make gifts this year.

Oh are you and Thumper_Man going to write a trip report? I would love to read about your trip, please do, please? Please?

I'm sure the next time you go to Disney you will see things in a different way, especially after being a part of this board. There are things you never would have noticed before. All the hidden mickey's we saw this time around, we never even realized were there the last time. But, I guess that is why they call that place magical...

Yes, nipples are still intact. LOL...I love your play on words there...for some reason Mosquitos really love my blood...I don't know if its all the chili i eat or what?!

I can't wait for the next update. I know how it is though, life gets in the way at times, so trust me I totally understand, just goes to show you though how much we truly enjoy your TR. As for Me and DH doing our own TR...I don't know. I guess I hadn't really thought about it. I'll have to talk to him and see what he thinks.

OMG! You are such a tease...i agree with one of the PP's, it does remind me a little of Twilight. But now we know what his infamous hat looks like :upsidedow

Hey Thumper_Man, welcome back, I'm glad you and the Mrs. had a great time, will there be a trip report? I would be your biggest reader, nag ya when you lag behind on updates and everything.

Finally caught up.

I honestly gotta say, your writing puts mine to shame. English was my worst subject in school, and I wouldn't be able to do our trip justice. Mine would be the basic, we had breakfast with Pooh and friends at Crystal Palace. From there we went on Splash Mountain. We got totally soaked. We decided to dry off and went on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. Glad to say my nipples survived this ride.

You would be asleep half way through the first paragraph. :lmao: You would definitely skip reading my TR.

Now if you want a really good TR, she could do one for you. She has the creative writing skills. I'll see if I can convince her to write one as creative as yours. After all, she possesses the college degree for this type of stuff. I'm just a mere high school graduate who can't write to save his life.

Maybe we can do it Nebo and Smidgy style. She can write the report and I'll help fill in some of the details.

Lee,

You and Rig make a cameo in my dream last night! I woke up and started telling my husband and he promptly told me that I read the DIS too much! :rotfl:

Keep the updates coming! I am loving them!

That's a good way to look at it, I did mention before that he was blonde, and all though he his curls are cut off in this picture he had his curls at Disney.

Sorry I made you worry, I will try and get on here more now.

Ugh, you really are a tease. :rotfl:

Twilight, I like that.
what a tease!!! OMG!!! post rig post rig!
I did post Rig:lmao:, that's the picture he agreed to let me post, but he always says I have a way of pulling at the strings of his heart, so I know I can convince him of at least 1 picture.

My tripr report is the first one you have ever read? Thank you:hug:, I'm glad that you are enjoying it and I hope you have a great time on your trip to Disney.
I have not read anything by Joan Johnston, but I will put it on the list with all the others I have learned about from here. thanks.

Oh, no fair!!! Move the hat...move the hat!!! LOL Loving the reports and the pics. :thumbsup2
I'm working on moving the hat, I promise ya.

Thank you so much for reading and posting. 5 hours of reading? That sounds like me, there are trip reports in here that I have a hard time walking away from from.

Yay!! More updates!! :-D

That is just too funny and cute. Rig used to read this, he doesn't have time any more so he can read up this winter when life slows down a bit.
I hope to have the next installment up by Saturday night or Sunday at the latest, I have Sunday off work.

;)

At least I'll have more knowledge of the parks when and if we ever go back.

It could be the chilli, who knows?

This hat in the picture is not the infamous hat from Disney, the Disney hat was grey, this black hat is more of his dress hat, going into town or Sunday meetings.

I think you would do great, you and Mrs. Thumper_Man both, you have a good sense of humor and a way of phrasing things that make the sentence pop, no pressure though! :rolleyes1

:lmao:Wow! this is a first ever! a cameo in someones dream. I can't wait to pass that on to Rig. Maybe you do read the dis too much?:confused3

Ah, you're too kind. You're just saying that to try and get a TR out of me.

I'll talk to the Mrs. and see what we come up with. It won't be just a WDW report though. We also did Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Kennedy Space Center. We're equal opportunity theme park lovers. We don't get to go to Orlando very often, so we try to take them all in when we do go. Now I'll have to try and remember everything we did. Some days consisted of consuming more alcoholic beverages than others. :rolleyes1

I promise you, I am not trying to buffalo you into a trip report, I truly believe your Trip report would be great just the phrase "We're equal opprotunity theme park lovers" That made the sentence pop as opposed to "We love other theme parks too" get my drift?
And I have never been to Sea World, or Universal, or any of those other things, sooooo.........:rolleyes1

Back home Rig started a thing after we were married, each night, granted one of us wasn't asleep by the time the other came to bed, he would ask, what was your favorite part of today? He kept to that tradition,

"Baby, what was your favorite part of today?"

This is a question that I ask my children before we go to sleep at night! I am always excited to hear what made them smile each day! :thumbsup2

I love this! My boyfriend and I have something similar. We call it "our challenge" and every night before one of us goes to bed [usually him first], we send the other a text message telling that person what we are grateful for God doing in our life's on that day. We love it because it makes us think about what we are greatful for instead of the bad stuff of the day. It's going to get harder in November when his schedule goes to 7-7 :scared1:

I love that ya'll do that, it's really sweet to me =]

:upsidedowReally loved the updates. And the cute pic too. Hope you and Rig are having a lovely autumn.
