Spirous isn't named Spirou in the Netherlands! I thought it could be a possibility after I posted... I searched and just learned it ceased to be published in 2005 in the Netherlands too... So sad!
Does Robbedoes rign a bell? Spirou is the french name...
(Of course I don't understand a word of dutch... if that page is really in dutch... could be in flemish... but if it is in dutch, some words are the same as in french! Like "auteurs". If you follow the link I gave you and click on "auteurs" on the left of the page, and then on "Bédu" in the list, you'll see one of my favorite comics : De psy ("Les psy" in french). Translation : The psychologists. I discovered it when I was studying psychology, and it's really funny!
