Well, up and early at 7:05am showered and ready for breakfast by 7:30. Yet another grey morning and the weather report called for rain. We decide to do MGM studios forgetting that the Cheerleading competition is that day in that park. The food court was jammed with girls in curlers and scarves. We finally find an empty table and eat our breakfast. We get out to the bus stop just in time to see a bus to MGM drive off. Oh well. Our disappointment is very short lived as Ray, the bus driver shows up a few minutes later with a bus to MGM studios. We were the last stop and we were the only ones on the bus. Our own private bus to MGM!!! Once at the park, we got through security checkpoint very quickly. We stopped inside the gate for some lanyard sharking and some pictures of the big hat. We were trying to get the pictures to look like we were wearing the hat. I cannot wait to see if they come out:bounce: We stopped for a visit under the big hat at the shop and the 100 years quiz machines. I love that when you get a question right, the interactive pins all go off!! Then onto TGMR. Some people only like this ride the first time, but I really like it. I know what is going to happen but that does not ruin it for me. We found hidden mickeys on the ride this time. In the film noir section look at the bottoms of the posters and you might see someone's shoes peeking out from underneath!!! When we got to the Sorcerer's Apprentice part our pins went off flashing bright blue. Then onto Muppet 3D Vision, another favorite!! Shopped in the shops and then saw Miss Piggy in a bright red dress so of course I had to get my picture taken with her. Star Tours had a five minute wait so we practically walked right onto it. Then we took pictures on the speeder across the street. People are so funny, some people thought that we weren't supposed to be on it but a CM told them that was what it was for! Thank you whoever you were! It was 10:30am by this time and still chilly so we went to Starring Rolls for a hot drink and a roll and then went shopping in the villain store. This store has less villains and more candy than the last time we were here. Bring back the villains!!!! I have eeyore drawer pulls on a dresser at home and one of the screws broke in the knob so I went into the home shop across the street and found replacements, bought a couple of extras just in case! While I was paying for those and trading a pin with the CM our friends caught up with us and scared the living wits out of me by grabbing me from behind! I never heard her coming. The CM must have thought I was nuts because she could not see the person behind me at first. Now that we were all together again, we went to RNRC to do fast pass but again, the line was only five minutes or so, so we decided to just wait in line. What a great ride this is. The first time I went on it, I was not sure about it but it is so much fun. On to the TOT. Another no liner so in we went. When we got into the library, a young girl (late teens) asked me if the ride was terrible. She told us she had never ridden it and was scared. She was at WDW with her father but he had back trouble so he could not ride many of the rides but since he knew she likes rides he insisted that she go. We told her not to worry that it was fun and invited her to join our group and sit with us. Some of our group do not like this kind of ride and so they were sitting it out. She was a sweet girl and I hope they had a great time. When we got outside after the ride, my friends said they met someone from the list. I had a little lime green tassel that I made and hung from the end of my lanyard so they knew what it was and they saw a green ribbon on her lanyard and asked if she was from the list. They could not remember her name. That was the only green ribbon we saw the whole trip and I wasn't there!! We decided on a light lunch since we had PS's for Le Cellier that night at 5:50pm so we bought little things from the carts along the road to ToT and sat atone of the outdoor eating areas and lunched. Afterwards we split up to do different things and then meet up for the SaC parade. I went in search of a pic with Sully from Monsters Inc, whom I had seen earlier when the line was closing for his break. Everyone else split to the ends of the park. I had some time before his scheduled appearance and so did some shopping. I was looking for a black sweatshirt but they did not have any that were big enough. The XL fit exactly, but if it shrank, the body would be fine but the sleeves would be too short and I did not want to risk it. So back to wait for Sully and write in the journal. Met up with a nice family from Toronto, Canada and we chatted about their trip. It was their first and they asked some questions which I could answer and we compared notes on things that we had already done. Then it was time for the character greeting, since I was alone we had agreed to exchange photographic duty. It was not only Sully but Mike too!!! That is one thing I don't know if I mentioned. There were tons of characters out at all the parks. I caught up with Hercules and Megara, Cruella de Ville, and The green army guys at MGM. I cannto wait for the pictures to come back!!! I have been trying for years to get a picture with Hercules and it has finally happened! By the way, I am bigger than he is so the picture should be really funny. Cruella would not have her picture with me until I turned my lanyard over so the pins would not show. Very funny. she asked me where her pin was, so I told her that it was in a shrine in my house. "As it should be" she said. After getting the picture with Sully and Mike it was tiem to meet up for the parade. We had a great spot in front of the hat just before the turn down main street. A very funny CM named policeman Bob was our commentator. He was really great. He kept going up to little kids and saying, did you see that she smiled at me, I think I am in love. they would just laugh. we had to get on over to Epcot for dinner so off we went with a short stop in a store where my friends had found a plush Baby pegasus for my horse collection. We took the boat from MGM to Epcot. That is a very relaxing ride and it is the quickest way to get from MGM to Epcot. We shopped our way into Canada from the International Gateway store and into the UK where a friend of mine danced with eeyore just so she could get a picture of me with him. I have great friends!!! We got to Le Cellier a little early so we had to wait a little while for our table. A CM named Scott went and got menus for everyone. He was really great and kept checking back at our table. Tim was our waiter and he was great! The food surpassed all our expectations, which I was glad of since I was the one who first said that I wanted to eat at this restaraunt. This list really gave me some great ideas! After desert which we all decided was a must, we were filling out a comment card that came with the check and Scott came by and asked how we were doing. I told him that we were having a little trouble with the comment card because it asked us what we thought about the entertainment value and we had seen any entertainment. I then asked him to sing O Canada for us so that we could fill it out completely. Do you know that he actually did it!!! and not badly I might add. Even Tim joined in for a short time although the other waiters and waitresses took one look at him and ran. He was really great. We talked about staying for Illuminations but as we were all pretty chilled to the bone, we decided to just call it a day. I did find a pin that I had been searching for although the sweatshirt still eluded me. Guess you cannot have everything! On to the bus stop with another very short wait. Wrote in my journal and to bed early!!WooHoo!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :smooth:

it wsa nice of yuo and your group to take the girl under your wing on Tower of Terror......I love RnR coaster and finally did it last September......but our flight in december didnt' make our stomachs happy so we didnt' do it at xmas time......I too love le Cellier.....what did you all eat.......thanks so much for your report

Most of had the cheese soup for an appetizer. The bread was awesome so they kept bringing us more. I had a big 14 oz. steak with the roasted potatoes. Melt in your mouth. It was great. Someone had the salmon and it was excellent as well. I had to try the cobbler with hot caramel and it was the perfect ending to the meal. We were so stuffed they had to roll us out of the restaraunt!! :p Seriously, this was one of the best meals we ate this trip!

:D what a great day! Your group of friends sound like so much fun. Can't wait for the rest.

Just reading about Le Cellier makes me hungry! Love it!

Sounds like another fun day for you and your group!
