I'd like to thank everyone who chimed in with advice and opinions!

I'l be at WDW, solo, staying at Pop Century 9/23-10/2, I'll have the Dining Plan (upgraded from free QSDP) for the nights of 9/23-9/29, it wasn't available for my final two nights. I've been to WDW many, many times but am new to solo TS dining and very nervous about it!

I will have a few things in the room-peanut butter, yogurt, fruit, etc. for breakfast. I'm a fairly light eater and prefer seafood to meat. I don't usually eat burgers, nuggets, pizza, etc. so most QS will probably be salads.

Saturday 9/23 (DHS)
(Transfer from Universal, check in at Pop Century)
2:50 PM Fantasmic Dining Package at Mama Melrose (1TS)

Sunday 9/24 (MK)
8:20 AM PPO breakfast at Be Our Guest
6:35 PM Jiko (OOP-Orlando Magical Dining $35 Prix Fixe)

Monday 9/25 (DHS/Epcot)
No ADRs, plan is for a QS lunch and dinner using Snack Credits at Food & Wine

Tuesday 9/26 (MK/AK)
Breakfast will be at Early Morning Magic
4:10 PM Rivers of Light Dining Package at Tiffins (2TS)

Wednesday 9/27 (off/MK EMH)
9:55 AM Boma (1TS)
4:50 PM Jungle Skipper Canteen (1TS)

Thursday 9/28 (Epcot/open)
Lunch at Food and Wine (Snack Credits)
(Dinner is open, plan on using QS in either Epcot (Tangierine Cafe) or Disney Springs)

Friday 9/29 (MK/Epcot)
11:10 AM Lunch at Be Our Guest
5:25 PM Chefs de France (1TS)

Saturday 9/30 (AK/MK)
12:30 PM Festival of Fantasy Dining Package at Tony's (1 TS)*
Tomorrowland Terrace Dessert Party with Plaza Garden viewing (OOP)

Sunday 10/1 (DHS/open)
Lunch at Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge (OOP)
Dinner is open but will be OOP so need budget friendly!

Monday 10/2
12:30 PM Lunch at Morimoto Asia (OOP/15% AP discount)

4:30 PM DME to the airport

*Edited-I decided to go with Tony's over Liberty Tree-hope I don't regret it!

Thanks for reading, I'd love to hear your thoughts. I'm very excited but more than a little nervous about this solo dining adventure!

I have Boma for a solo trip in November. It is one of my favorite buffets in WDW. I can't speak about LTT. I have never been there.

I love the Ooey Gooey Toffee Cake at Liberty Tree but would probably just order the salad for my entree. I also have an ADR for the Festival of Fantasy Dining Package. It's a much better value for a TS credit but I'm not sure about Tony's. DH is not a parade guy and I thought it might be an easy way to see this one since he'll be back at home. Still, most of the reviews aren't great.

That sounds (almost) like my dream dining! I'm not a seafood fan, I'd probably pick Spice Road Table over Morimoto....but otherwise it sounds amazing! :)

Loved the Skipper Canteen!! We were nervous about trying it as the food is different, but it was great!
I am going to Skipper's Canteen for dinner in August with my two teenage sons. I've read reviews about the fish with the eyes! I don't eat seafood--but I wish I did--just because I think that would be such a different dish to order! I love that the food is so "different" there!

I ate at Skipper Canteen last February-it was my first time dining solo at WDW. I thought my fish (not the huge fried one with the eyes!) was pretty good. It was a nice break from the heavy stuff I find I the Magic Kingdom.

Are you sure about that ADR for the parade? I believe I read that they are doing them much earlier due to the parade being switched to 2:00.

Thanks for the replies! My DH is sick to death of listening to my waffling over my ADRs!

My parade reservation is for 12:30 at Tony's. I have no idea why the system allowed it but they're both still there. I wasn't 100% happy with Liberty Tree and the parade package popped up today when I was checking for something with a bit more value on the DP. I like the idea of an appetizer and parade spot so I'm probably going to keep Tony's. I'm looking at maybe the shrimp scampi for an entree.

I'll probably cancel Liberty Tree.

Ooh, thanks to the previous poster for letting me know that the parade is moving to 2:00.

I think your plan looks good. Also wanna make sure you know that you can get 3 snacks for a quick service credit. So if there's two things at a food and wine booth, get them and a bottled water for a meal! Has to be same booth though.

DD ordered the whole fried fish with the eyes! It was crazy looking, she took a pic of when it came out and then after she destroyed it. She even ate the eyes!!

I tried it and it really was yummy, a nice light fry on the fish itself.
