Nancy, glad to see I'm not the only one. I chew so much that I chew Trident (no sugar) but that is not my favorite.

I only chew sugarfee also, but love intense flavor so my favs are Eclipse and Dentine Fire (guess what my person is getting? ).

Eclispe Winterfrost is my fav and I buy it by the big box at Costco

You want to do your first exchange? This is a great one to start with! Welcome aboard!

First off, know that once we have you, YOU"RE HOOKED! There is no going back to "normal life" You're going to love getting packages in the mail, it's a fact of life. *grins*

That being said, there are a few helpful hints I can pass along to you.

1. Priority mail is your friend, Delivery Confirmation is also your friend! these two things become invaluable if your package goes missing. That way you can track it. If you have a heavy package, Priority mail offers a one rate box. For $8.10, you can send as much as the box can take, as heavy as you can make it (The magazine exchange comes to mind) and it becomes a bargain!

2. Extras, those are the Above and beyonds you put into your package. Some of us go Overboard on these. They're not required but they are nice. *chuckles* You're given a base line of say $5 for this exchange. Anything above that watermark is your extra. You can pile it in, but remember you don't have to. (I will tell you that I generally Double my dollar mark, but thats just me)

3. This is for fun. If ever you feel pressured, don't do it. We do this because we like getting gifts in the mail. My BF hates that I do this, but I get the biggest kick in getting packages. He thinks I'm silly.

4. It builds camaraderie among people. You will get to know your fellow Dis-ers better. Trust me on this. I know Patty, Kirby, Meriweather, And a few others pretty well now because I've been doing this for a while.
