My Family's WDW Dining Plan

We are going in Aug, 2008. I have to call on Feb to make reservations. These are our plans:
(We have DDP for 5 nights, but are NOT park hopping or doing water parks)

Sat, Aug 2, 2008--Animal Kingdom: plan to eat only 1 counter service and dinner that night at hotel or send DH out into Orlando for pizza that night

Sun, Aug 3, 2008--Magic Kingdom (our anniversary): Crystal Palace (my choice--dont want to change this one)

Mon, Aug 4, 2008--Epcot--Garden Grill

Tues, Aug 5, 2008--Hollywood Studios--Hollywood and Vine with Fantasmic Priority Seating

Wed, Aug 6, 2008--Magic Kingdom--Liberty Tree Tavern

Thurs, Aug 7, 2008--Epcot--Askershus Princess Breakfast

Any suggestions? Our kids are picky eaters, but we can usually find something on a buffet or something like buffet they will eat, with chicken, mac and cheese, and green beans being their favs.

They sound fine. We have eaten at all of them and have enjoyed all of them except for Hollywood & Vine (that is one we will not go back to). Have a great trip.
