Did you do anything special to get great rate from UCT?

Just bought our park tix from there!

I did my first Avis rental this summer.

I was waiting in a long line in Phoenix, and when I got to the counter they said "oh you can just go outside and get your car" without looking it up at all (their systems were all down so they literally couldn't, but they had other things they were doing for customers without reservations or with complications etc)

When I got out there, I was on the board.

It was my first Avis rental. Ever.
