I think I need to come to grip with the fact that touring WDW without a scooter may no longer be possible for me. I made it 1/2 a day without one this trip. We rented from Best Price Mobility on short notice with no problems. I got a scooter with an adjustable tiller this time which was a blessing to me. All in all the cast members where great and accommodating. We had one issue with a bus and I reported the issue which had me receiving phone calls from my hotel manager and the EPCOT transportation manager. I was told if there is a problem there is always a transport manager on site at all the parks and to tell the driver you would like to speak to a manager, so if you happen across an issue maybe this can help you. But this was one problem so 99% of my experiences were positive. I did have a few people literally walk into the side of my scooter, which seems to be a common problem. Some other guests were incredibly kind which I always appreciate, especially when I am by myself. If anyone has any particular questions please feel free to ask. I did travel with my family but one night headed back alone while they had boys time.

If you have a bus problem it better to deal with transportation dept then the resort front desk and their mangers. Your get it resolved quicker That why it most of the time better to have the driver call for a manger or to use the phone at the bus stops. And press zero and ask to be transferred to a manager in bus transportation. Your need the drivers name, bus number, bus route time and if you can the dot number that on the back passenger side above tire. Sorry you had that one problem but glad the rest was great they have some bad apples and very few. It bad you got one but hopefully they can deal with it to weed them out so the next time you go you won't have any problems.

Yeah I didn't think at the time to ask for a manager, and wasn't sure there was one on site at the time to ask for. I didn't see a phone there, but I'll keep an eye out next year when we go. I wasn't able to get his name but with the time and area and stop they were able to find the driver. The manager said they had tapes of the incident so that was a plus. I was refused to be loaded so I was a little upset at the moment to think straight. I actually emailed guest services due to the late hour who contacted my hotel who contacted transportation. Hopefully he won't do it again!

They put video camera on the buses for the protection of the drivers. The phones at the resorts will be in a box and at the parks if you have a problem and need a manager and don't want to have the driver call for a manager go to the info both and they can get you one it manned by bus drivers. They will review the tapes and talk to the driver and go from their I just say get numbers and name because they have over 1300 drivers so they might have a hard time tracking them down. But it sounds as they found them and got back to you quickly. I take it happened at epcot and maybe they reviewed the video at the bus stop that matched your description. Sorry that happened now that Disney put the cameras on the buses I know their by the front door and not sure if they record sound and if they have them by the back door it should help also in guest complaints. As long as they got back to you and hopefully handled it to your liking that all that matters just next time and hopefully you won't needed it. Because if the driver dose not want to load you I would make him wait at the stop until the manager gets their. Or at least have a manager either come to your resort if they don't want to keep the bus at the stop or if your willing to wait for he manager without the bus their.
