My mom and I just bought my dress today! I'm so excited, so I just had to share it with my fellow Disney brides!! Here it is:
http://www.maggiesottero.com/catalog/window.php?169

It's called Moulin Rouge and it's by Maggie Sottero. It's absolutely perfect :cloud9: We also bought my tiara and veil, now I just need shoes. I'm really starting to feel like a bride now :bride:

Thats the exact one that Ive been looking at! It's a beautiful dress..congratulations!!!!!

That's beautiful! It's such a relief to get your dress isn't it??
Mine's a Maggie Sotterro dress too :0) Not sure what it's called though...
I've got my tiara - in fact it may be in the post today - just need veil and shoes next...

:cheer2:

Both of the dresses are beautiful!!!

I had looked at that Maggie dress too because a girl was selling it on theknot.com.

You both will be stunning!

Thanks for all of the kind words :) I'm so excited! My family members just started receiving their Save the Date packages today, so I really feel like the wedding is coming soon now!!

Robnkris and KT27, your dresses are beautiful too! Congratulations!

That's the dress I wanted! I found one for a VERY reasonable price, however, and went with it! Congratulations. You will be beautiful!

You'll love the dress. I had the same dress. Did you get the one with the cap sleeves or the cascading straps? If you got the one with the straps, be very careful with them!! They break quite easily.

I'm sure you'll look stunning!

Thank you!!! How cool is that that you had the same dress!! You have very good taste, heehee ;) I also got the one with the cascading straps, however, I'm going to remove the cascading straps and just use the single spaghetti straps. The lady at the bridal shop suggested running the strands of crystals from the cascading straps throughout my bouquet! Are there any pics of your wedding online? princess:

I have pics at Shutterfly, but have never figured out how to post them here. I also had pics at the Castle, but I don't think those are online anymore...nope, just checked. If someone can tell me how to allow someone to view my photos at shutterfly, I'd be glad to post a link.

I've heard of other people cutting off the straps before too. I think that sounds beautiful to run them through the bouquet!! They were a pain to wear. I broke one at my reception. The seamstress broke one when she was altering the dress (she had to fix it of course!!)

Yes, I was worried about them breaking too, so when the lady at the bridal shop suggested putting them in my bouquet, I thought it sounded like a great idea! They do look BEAUTIFUL on the dress too though. Did you find the dress to be comfortable? What kind of shoes did you wear with it? I still need to find shoes! Also, was the purse that comes with the gown pretty? I didn't get to see it in person when we bought my dress. Yes, I'd love to see your pics if you can figure out how to link them!!!
