Do they still sell these dolls at Disney? just found out about thm on some thread from 2002 and I think my girls would love them! Also, where can we buy them? We never go to DTD; is there a store in MK that carries them?

and the mousegears(?) at epcot. that was back in 2001. Good Luck! We have one and dd never plays with her but we own every outfit ever made for it (gotta love clearance).

Good Luck finding them!

My DD got one at the My Disney Girl Perfectly Princess Tea Party. They also have them (as well as the outfits) at a shop in the Grand Floridian on the 2nd floor.

We saw them at Once Upon a Toy at Downtown Disney..however they seem to look different then the older ones..not as cute in my opinion

My daughter bought hers at a store on Main St. in the Magic Kingdom. They had all the different costumes there also.

My daughter got hers at DTD, it is the her American Girl Friend now, you can get the clothes either at GF or the store on Main Street. FYI: They fit the American Girl too.

Anyone have a good picture of one? Trying to decide wether to get DD an American Girl doll or one of these. Are they equal in quality?

Having many AG dolls living in my home, and a Disney doll too, I'd have to say the original AG dolls are much better made. The newer version of AG dolls and Disney dolls are very similar though. The AG dolls are a little more solid feeling (heavier plastic used on the limbs?) and have a higher quality hair. The original AG dolls are also a bit thicker in the torso, so do not fit so easily into the Disney doll outfits.

You can see some pix by going to ebay and putting in a search for my Disney girl doll. The one with 10 outfits looks really cute but I bet the price will go very high. From what I understand at Disney they're about 45 bucks and have a big selection of hair color, eye color and skin color. It seems the outfits are a bit pricey, about 25 bucks. I think it would be fun though to be there and let each of my girls (I have 3) pick a doll and an outfit as their special souvenier.

I think they've limited the doll selection - basically one for each major ethnic group. I think there were 4-5 dolls to choose from last month at World of Disney.

I don't know how I missed these dolls!! I was in WDW in July and somehow missed these. We're going back in December so I guess I will have to wait until then to get one! Thanks for the info. This Dis sight is great!

At the GF they offer a tea party in which the girls get a My Disney Doll. The tea for one adult and one child is $200. I hear it is great and will be doing this with my 4 year old daughter. This runs until Jan 2005.

My granddaughter has an AG doll ... she can get the doll into the Disney dresses, but the shoes don't fit ... AG doll's have fatter feet.
