My Disney Experience - Wrong Person on Reservation

This happened to us YEARS ago and just wondering if this is a Member Services issue or My Disney Experience issue --

On our upcoming reservation the two of the "wrong" people are listed on the reservation. The correct names are there, but within the My Disney Experience system, it's the wrong people. Do I call Member Services first to switch the correct names to the reservation or do I just jump right to the My Disney Experience folks and have them change the reservation? I'm readying myself for long phone calls, but before I wait with the wrong people, I'm wondering if anyone has any advice.
 
Try doing online check in to see if it updates it. You can also try going online via the Disney website…not the app..and see if it allows you to update and pick the correct people from your Friends and Family list.
 
call the Disney IT number and they can fix it easily not the general Disney number. This happened to me last year and I was done with the call fairly quickly. 1 (407) 939-4357. For me the names were right on the DVC login but incorrect in MDE.
 
This happened this past February to friends of ours that I booked on a separate DVC reservation. All of the info was correct on the DVC reservation when I checked but MDE had a different person on it. Our friend called the regular Disney phone number and they were able to straighten everything out rather quickly.
 

Thanks, all. As two of you suggested, the regular Disney IT line was the one that helped me and I shockingly had little wait when I called. All is resolved and thanks again!

I am dealing with this issue right now, have been putting off sitting on hold forever. I did try the OLCI route and it did not fix the issue - it's my dad, who was last at WDW in 2017. I wanted to get him a magicband (either free or paid) and choose his avatar and I can't do either.

... there is no hold music after they tell you the wait time. Am I really still in queue?
