My Disney Experience...what is wrong?

I can't access my account AT ALL! what is going on here? Suddenly I'm locked out of my account with no way back in...any advice?
 
It never hurts to call Disney's IT support. I had this happen a few days ago, and they fixed it within 10 minutes, easy as pie!

I will try to call- the link to set up the password just goes back to the sign in page..... no way to reset it!
 
i'm not sure.

my parents are at MK and i'm basically acting as their "app" because my mom didn't download it so i've been on my disney experience 3 times today already and its been working fine.

i'd suggest you call disney.
 
clear your cookies on your phone, or computer. reboot that device. log in again. problem solved.
 
For me the application is working fine the website is fubar and doesn't have any of my adr or my reservation
 
Have you tried both the app and the website? Your smartphone may allow you to access the website directly...
 
Not sure it why it waited to do this to me until yesterday, but it caught up with me and made me reset my password and all that. Then, it wouldn't let me back in. Had to clear my history and cookies and reboot the phone.
