My disney experience profile missing?

Same here...but that usually happens to me even when I can log on through my computer...Love your description!

Lol I got it from work except we have macs there so they call it the color wheel of death.. And it happens way to often. :badpc::stir:

Thank heavens I am not alone. I tried to log on and was told that my username and password did not exist. Thought it was a Twilight Zone episode there for a sec!

I just hung up after 10 minutes because the static was giving me the worst headache. For a multiple billion dollar company they have terrible IT and terrible phone systems. I am glad that I am not alone because i was having a heart attack. I thought for sure before seeing this thread that the CM who booked my recreation today deleted my account out of spite.

Still happening. Just tried to call and it said my estimated wait time is over 30 minutes. Guess they're prepping me for my visit...things not working and long wait times...

Still not working for me...thank god for this forum, I would have lost my mind if it weren't happening to others. When it first happened I freaked and then immediately said to myself "gotta check the dis to see if it's a disney IT problem!" Phew....leaving in 5 days, my stuff better still be there!!!

I can get in fine and it says I have the fast passes but keeps putting a Cinderella avatar next to my name, it is set to that for my daughter and Mickey for me but gives both of us a Cinderella avatar. I do get the empty Mickey profile on some of them. It says my name next to it though so I expect it to work, I guess it is to hard for Disney IT to have it fill the different avatars that I have set to different people on the reservations. Not that it really matters but do they just take the IT drop outs from other companies and put them to work. I have never worked with a company that has more IT problems than they do.

We are at WDW right now, went to check our FP for today at 6am this morning, nothing. Thank goodness I printed them out before I left. I did a screen shot every morning since I couldn't get the MDE app to work at the park sometimes. Should have done a screen-shot the whole week of FP. Live and learn.
