My Disney Experience if you ARE NOT reservation holder?

We have a large family trip coming up. My parents, my sister and her family, me and my family, and my brother. My dad and me are the two reservation holders for the trip. We are splitting up between two FW cabins.

I'm wondering what is the best way to allow my sister and her family access to getting additional FP's after using the original 3 or changing her FP times with her phone. Should I just give her my or my dad's DME log in or can she set one up even if she isn't the main reservation holder? We don't plan to be together all the time and I know her kids are older and will be hoping to do more attractions.

Or should I just tell her to go to a kiosk. That sounds much less convenient but doable.

She actually can have her own MDE account for her family. Then, link her MDE to the MDE of the reservation holder. All the names on that specific reservation need to match up with names in the "Merged" MDE for MB purposes.

Then, when in the park, she can book and manage her own FPs from her own MDE account.
