My Disney Experience help

I have used the l disney experience app and website for my past few trips. On my next trip i will be traveling with another family and we will be staying in a 2 bedroom villa. It is their first trip, and we want to set fastpasses and dining reservations together. How can I do this for everyone and not give them my login info, so they can see the plans on their phone. They did setup a disney experience account, snd I invited them to be friends, but sfter a couple days the invitation is still pending even though they accepted.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

If they really did accept and it still says pending, you should contact Disney.

They need to accept for it to work (or they may just be clueless about it) so you could call Disney and they can add them to your account. On your end you can also control what they're allowed to do do your reservations. If you want them to be able to make changes, you can allow it or not. I suggest "not" given that they're first timers
