My Disney Experience Group Planning Help

Three families are staying At Coronado Springs in three rooms. We are going in early June 2014.

Room 1 is A1 A2 C1 B1 (Adult, Adult, Child, Baby)
Room 2 is A1 A2 C1
Room 3 is A1 A2 C1 C2

Room 1 -A1 A2 &C1 has an annual Pass and B1 doesn't need admission. A1 & C1 has a magic band from a pervious stay and A2 does not have a magic band.

Room 2 - A1 & C1 have an annual pass but do not have magic bands. A2 will buy admission from an official discounted ticket site.

Room 3 - A1, A2, C1 and C2 will be purchasing admission tickets from Disney upon arrival.

What do I need to do to get us all grouped up for FP+ so we can reserv our rides and all have the same attraction ride times?

Add them to your MDE friend and family list and link all the reservations. If they have MDE accounts of their own, you can invite them to accept you as their friend and both can see, make and change all the plans if you wish. Everyone will get to customize their bands and get new ones shipped at the 30 day mark. They need to link their tickets to their MDE profile and the bands in order to make FP+ reservations.

Some people were planning to buy their tickets when we arrive. From what you said, they need to try to buy them in advanced to make the FP+ reservations. Correct?

How far in advance can you make FP+ reservations?

2. You can begin making FP+ reservations 60 days out from your arrival day.
