Obviously, just another gripe, but seriously, what the heck is wrong with Disney??? This thing has been online now for how long?
Some parts of it are actually pretty cool, and kudos to Disney for doing something right. But what really ticks me off is, if you can't get the technology to work properly, then don't put it live. I spoke to someone at Disney on Monday letting them know that both our resort reservation and one of our family members MB's was not showing up. They put me on hold, told me they fixed it and to check back in an hour. It's now Thursday and neither are fixed. Then there's the ticket nonsense. It seems for each member of my family, there are anywhere from 3-5 different tickets showing up. Why keep older tickets unless they are valid Annual Passes? I don't know which ones to validate, which ones to deactivate. This isn't the type of stuff that we should have to be doing. I've paid Disney for my vacation. Now, if they insist on making us use this technology, then they should be dealing with this crap.
I'm a planner and I LOVE the whole planning process, but this trip has been the biggest pain in my neck that I could possibly imagine. I had a far easier time (and heck of a lot quicker) filing my taxes this year on Turbo Tax. Now if that doesn't tell you that Disney needs to get on the ball, then I don't know what will.
