On Black Friday I bought a Polaroid tablet bundle to have for my upcoming trip to WDW. I tried to download the app but is says it is not compatible with my device. Am I doing something wrong?

It depends on the operating system/system specs of the tablets. Not all apps are compatible with all devices, especially when you get into the "off-brand" (IE: not one of the big 3 or so) type of devices.

I have a Samsung Galaxy tab 4 and it's not compatible with my tablet either. Just use your Web browser or smart phone.
