My Disney Experience App will not load my reservations...

Hello fellow fanatics! I am having an issue with the app. It allows me to log in, but it will not load my reservation that I made through Disney last fall. We are going in September and I wanted to have it all set so I can begin making my reservations as soon as my windows open. I called for support, but even though they were nice and patient, the problem still remains. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks!
 
I'm sorry, but just to clarify, is your problem with the MDE Mobile App? Have you tried accessing MDE on a computer?

If your reservation appears when you log onto MDE on a computer, then it is probably a glitch with the Mobile App. I would uninstall / reinstall the App. Sometimes that helps. If the problem persists, report it to the App Store. The worst case scenario is that you're stuck making reservations on your computer.

If your reservation isn't appearing even when you log onto MDE on a computer, I would be more concerned. Is it possible that Disney cancelled your reservation and refunded your deposit and any payments you made? Is it possible you made your reservation on a different MDE account? The reason I ask is that my mom and I both have MDE accounts from different vacations, so I would be the type of person to forget which account we're using, lol.

Maybe call Support again tomorrow? If it were me, I would kindly bring up the fact that I make reservations directly through Disney to prevent these kinds of problems from happening.

Hey! Thanks for the reply. The problem is only on the app, not the website. Everything is perfect on line. I have reinstalled the app on my phone and my tablet. It logs me in just fine, I just keep getting error messages.
 
Okay, that's really annoying! I suppose if the website works, you can use the web browser on your phone or tablet if you get to your 180 day mark and the app continues to have problems. For what it's worth, I did that when I made my ADRs. I just find the website easier to use than the app.
 

This happened to me recently. I called customer support, they transferred me to the appropriate people, and they were able to get it straightened out in just a few minutes :) It's a quick and easy fix!
 
Mine was doing the same - on the computer it was fine, but on the app I kept getting a message about "you don't seem to have any reservations" or something like that. It stayed that way for a few days, then just seemed to be fixed.
 
Well, after a couple of more calls to Disney, I got a girl, Corina, who fixed the issue in about 60 seconds! Some how my reservation was linked to my Disneyland login. I know, it doesn't make sense to me either. But, she redirected it, and it now it works like a champ on both my tablet and phone. Thanks for all the help ya'll!
