As new as the MDE apps/site are, I think nearly any variety of odd, buggy behavior should not be considered surprising. I think there have been various reports here of odd server behavior, app crashes, missing ADR's, wrong ADR's, missing resort reservations, and just about every other permutation you could think of.
I think that's likely SOP for these very early first few versions.
The app just updated on my ipad and fixed several bugs. It actually now shows both my resort reservation and ticket purchase. Before it would not list that we purchased tickets. The app seems a lot smoother to navigate as well. It even has a Fastpass + section, but I couldn't do anything with it yet.
It was fine on my iPhone until this last update. Now if I look at the June 2013 calendar all of the dates are off. I checked my ADRs and all of those dates are off too!
Sadly, now my reservation is gone. But if I go in to add it manually, it says that reservation is already linked. Click okay to view. Click on okay, and nothing happens

Disney is going to be working out the coding kinks in this system for a long time. For as long as it has probably been under development, you have to realize there's just no way they could simulate a production-caliber load in a development lab, so they had little choice but exercise a bit of a baptism-by-fire and let people actually start using it. And here we are, with all manner of shakedown cruise problems.
I still recommend folks exercise caution with these early versions. Things that don't seem to work may be fine in reality, things that the apps can do may not work 100%, so just be careful. And keep the phone numbers handy to verify, just in case.
As an example, right now, the Android MDE app shows my Teppan Edo reservation for 15 people, when in reality its only 5. The MDE *web* app correctly shows 5 guests. So, yeah, kinks remain.
