So, the last time I was at WDW was in 2007, when there was no such thing as MDE, or an app! I created an account when I went to DL in 2014, that I forgot about until I tried to create one, and was told that I had one already! I managed to log into it, but I have some questions.
1 - My daughter is at WDW now, doing the DCP, and my husband I are going to visit her in April. I asked her how we connect accounts, and at first she couldn't figure it out, so, at the 180 day mark I created a "place holder" account for her, and one for my husband, so that I could make dining reservations for us, with the place holder accounts, for lack of a better idea.
2 - My daughter finally sent me a connection request a few weeks ago, so we are good there, but, the dining reservations are connected to her "place holder" account. How do I move the reservations to her actual account, and then delete the "place holder" account?
3 - I told my husband for weeks to create a MDE account so that we can connect and link Fastpasses. He fought me but eventually tried to create an account only to learn that he had one already, probably also from 2014. However, for the life of me, I can't figure out how to connect to him. My daughter did something that let me send him a connection request, but, he sees nothing in his account or in his email about connecting, so, we are at a loss as to how to connect. How do we connect? I would think that there would be an option to enter someone's email address to send a request, but, I can't figure it out.
4 - Last weekend I made fastpass reservations on the app for myself and my husband, using his "place holder" account, for lack of a better idea. Once I connect to my husband's real account, how do I move the fastpasses from the "place holder" account to his real account?
If I have to call WDW tech regardin this, what number should I call?
5 - This really should NOT be this difficult!
