Last yr we had the dining plan and ate at all the buffet resteraunts with only one sit down which was 50's prime time. This yr we are doing all sit down except mickeys. Heres the list and there all for dinners
concourse steakhouse
Cinderellas royal table
WWC
Sci-Fi
thursday freebie day we are doing universal still have no idea where dinner will be as this will be our first time ever.
Tonys
chef mickeys

Was wondering do they give you a special menu just for the dining plan becasue they did when we where at 50's and it was very limited? What is your thought on my DS7 going to these spots for dinner with us?
Any advice is welcome and thanks ahead of time.

We had the DDP in January and there were no special menus for those on the DDP; we had the same menus as those not on the DDP. This even was the case at 50's Prime Time.

Thats really odd .The cm serving us at prime time told us "this is your menu and these on the back are what you can have with the dining plan everything else costs extra". The choices where very limited Thanks for your input im just so excited to try out the new places for us to eat.

We have used the DP (free) at 3 of the places you are going to-CRT, WCC and CM. There was NOT a seperate menu for the DP. In fact, we were given the menus before we were asked if we were on the DP. (Of course, CM doesn't really apply as it is a buffet.) Have a wonderful time-we had a fabulous time at all three! :upsidedow

In my experience the choices at Disney restaurants are quite limited compared to the choices you get from eating at the usual chain restaurants (Olive Garden, TGIFridays, Friendly, etc) or your local favorites. DH and I did our own thing in 2004 and 2005. The best advice I can give is to review the menus here under dining or on allearsnet.com. They will give you an idea as to what each TS and QS has to offer.

This past Easter we tried the dining plan for the first time as we were with the family DH, me, FIL, MIL, SIL, BIL, D Niece(5) and D Niece(8). We found most items were on the DDP. Adults were able to get the special slushies and milk shakes in a lot of cases (no refills) where as the kids on the child’s DDP could not as it was extra cost. Tony's in the MK for adults only offered the desert sampler plate for those on the DDP. From your list this past April we ate at all of your choices except for WWC (we’ll try that this coming Nov/Dec). We had lunch versus dinner at two of them. DH and I would eat at all of them again except we would most likely only eat at CRT only if we were again at WDW with the nieces and/or nephew. It was more of an experience thing to eat at the castle and for the case of the nieces to meet princesses. Your DS7 should be fine for all of our choices. Our nieces were okay with all the places we ate. I will recommend if your DS7 likes yellow mustard instead of ketchup to keep a spare packet or two with you. DN8 preferred yellow mustard and CRT and Ohana only had grey poupon as a choice. Needless to say DN8 wasn't too happy during those dinners, but she survived.

And mainly enjoy!!!!

Concourse steakhouse (dinner 2007)
Cinderella’s royal table (lunch 2007 paid OOP)
Sci-Fi (lunch 2007, lunch 2005)
Tonys (dinner 2007, lunch 2005)
chef mickeys (breakfast 2007)
