My designs look stretched sideways, anyway to fix it?

Hello,
I have some designs that a disigner may for me (thanks so much) but when I clicked on the design to print, they all look distorted, stretched sideways. Anyway to fix that?

What are you using to print them out? Word often distorts images.

I'd suggest trying another program.

I didnt even get that far, If I click on any of the designs from this disigner that are saved in my laptop, they look stretched. All the others look fine. I was trying to talley up the size & color tshirts to buy but I can barely see the images.

What program opens when you click on the file? I would suggest opening it with something else, maybe two other programs, to see if the problem is with the file or with the program.

I'm having this problem as well and I am trying to open with 2-3 programs without success. Any suggestions?
