My Dec. 6-14 schedule, what do you think

I posted this on the strategy board too. Thought the dining experts here might have a few pointers.

Dec. 6 Sat - arrive around 10
eat CS
rest and Chef Mickey's 5:25.
(There are two Spectro's that night. So if the family just has to see it, we can go to one. I know we need to rest but last time we went with this schedule the kids revolted until I took them to MK for the parade.)

Dec. 7 Sun - MK RD to 11 (?)
Crystal Palace 11:30
then rest (I know Mike suggests 5 hours putting us at party around 6, too late?)
MVMCP 6 til close

Dec. 8 Mon - sleep in
maybe DTD or water park
Hoop Dee Doo Cat 2 5:00 (is this the best showing?)

Dec. 9 Tues - MGM RD
rest 1230 - 3
Fantasmic DP at H & V 4:50 (also have MM on the 12th at 4:20)
Osborne Lights

Dec. 10 Wed - CRT 8:15 (also have 8:10 on the 13th, or 8:05 on the 14th)
(hubby is now even thinking we might not want to go to CRT. we have boys and we've done it before)
Open day

Dec. 11 Thurs - Epcot RD
Garden Grill at 11 (Family request)
rest after lunch til 3:30ish
Epcot again
Rose & Crown 8:30 hopefully for Illuminations (is this too late for patio?)

Dec. 12 Fri - sleep in a little maybe (would do RD but out late for Illuminations, we did this last time and it worked out ok, but Everest wasn't open yet then)
Jiko at 6pm (not sure about having time freshen up before dinner)
Or Fantasmic DP at MM at 4:20
obviously if we did MM we would have to change AK touring times or even day

Dec. 13 Sat - CRT 8:10 (see above)
Le Cellier 6:10
otherwise day is open

Dec. 14 Sun - CRT 8:05
or Ohana's 8:20 (family request)
last minute requests from family then leave for airport around 2ish

Feel free to pick apart. My brain is fried with planning this so far. Thanks in advance.
