My youngest DD, Jessica, 9, wrote her list out yesterday. You'd really have to meet Jess to see what a sweetie she really is. Her list only contains 9 items...a few of which I'd like to share! :D

A real puppy for Dad
Big Mickey and Minnie for Mom
Need For Speed Underground for Kirk

I know we all like to think how unselfish our kids our. It's hard for kids today with there being so much out there for them. She has some friends whose lists are literally 4 pages long!! I think seeing how caring my daughter is is truly the best gift a Mom can receive. :Pinkbounc

What a sweetheart! To remember her family! Give her a big hug from me! I just love unselfish kids!

Colleen,

That is the sweetest thing!! It sounds like you have done a great job raising your children!!!

What a little sweetheart!! She sounds like a very unselfish kid who has discovered the joy of sharing in someone else's happiness. What a very precious perspective to bring to life!! :sunny:

What a sweet girl you have there... the list you shared made me smile :)

What a sweet little girl. I have a feeling that the acorn didn't fall very far from the tree. That she learned her caring and giving attitude from her parents.

I'm so glad you posted this...

Too often the bad ones get the most print, it's soooo nice to hear a story about a selfless, kind child.

God bless YOU, Mom for bringing her into the world and sending her special blessings out to the rest of us. It's the best gift we can give....

That is so sweet! Give her an extra big hug

My daughter is 6 and is the same way. She doesn't want the family or us to get her anything she wants us to buy stuff for the little boys and girls whos mommy and daddy can't buy them anything and never had a christmas or have a house so Santa can't find them. She said she will be fine with just Santa gifts plus we get her stuff all the time. Shes always been that way. Instead of selling her old toys she wants to take them to orphanages or hospitals. I'm going to let her pick a kid off our christnas tree at my work and let her pick out something and come with me when we drop off all the toys.
