My DD going for the day tomorrow!

We were suppose to be going to Disney/Universal for the weekend, but money didn't want us too I did the right thing and canceled instead of going. My dd's friend (the one that was suppose to come with us) just called & her parents are going to drive up to Universal for the day & they are taking dd with them... I am jealous, I wanted to go Oh well, now I have to wait for Prez weekend for my trip.

Hi Jodi! They ended up not going today My daughter was a little upset because she ended up doing nothing today... Her friend decided at the last minute that she didn't want to go, so her parents didn't pressure her & they all stayed home. In a way it may have been for the best. It is a hard trip for the person driving. We are a 3 hr drive to Universal. I know I cannot do it in one day. Now she has to wait until Prez Weekend with me... when is your next trip???

How disappointing for your daughter. Nothing worse than being excited about something and then having it canceled. At least President's Weekend is not all that far away. Our next Universal trip isn't till May 4, and we can't wait to go back!

Wow you are going at the perfect time...as you usually do but once again, we will not be able to meet up.. that time frame is too close to finals for my dd's to miss any school... maybe your next trip
