My DD brought home a saxophone today

...she just started teaching herself this afternoon. Um, so far, I don't hear anything Kenny G-like coming out of that thing.

She plays flute and piano very well, and aspires to be a music teacher one day, so I guess this is all part of the plan to learn many instruments.

I think the earplug companies are going to like me.

LOL, my daughter played, or shall I say, tried to play a sax for a little while. Luckily it was a school instrument and I didn't have to pay for it.
Thankfully for my ears it didn't last long.

LOL! I can relate...except it's with my DH! DH is finishing up his music ed degree and for the past few semesters he's taken various classes to learn how to play all the instruments. Sometimes he brings them home to practice...the dogs bark and hide! LOL!

I hope your DD never loses her interest in becoming a music teacher.

How cool that he's going to be a music teacher. I'll have to tell my DD about this. She'll like it.
