She brought a new Apple MAC Book and very soon after, it broke (kept shutting down). She mailed it back to Apple and they have kept it now for three weeks. She is very upset after (1) paying over $1000 for this computer and (2) school is starting in a couple of weeks so she will need the computer.
When she called today, they told her that everything was replaced in her computer but it still failed to keep working.
