My daughter won a contest!

I was just saying to my DH last weekend that I hadn't won anything in a while and that I felt one coming, and then today I checked our email and my daughter won 1st prize in the Kids Cuisine contest!!

She won a Gameboy Advance and a Fairly Oddparents game. She is very excited - it's her 1st win (she's 5). The grand prize was a choice of 5 really great prizes (including a family vacation to Orlando) so too bad we didn't get that but we're excited about this anyway.

Last year Evan "won" a Lilo & Stitch playstation game. But seeing how he was under 2, I don't think he did the entering. Of course we don't have PS2, so my brother has the game for now.

Shhhh....don't tell anyone, but I actually entered for my dd! Now her and my son have both won something (he won a Transformer prize earlier this year from Cartoon Network). I think I'm getting them hooked on sweepstakes though.

She can't wait to get her prize in the mail. The next "6-8 weeks" are going to really drag for her. It'll probably come when we're at WDW!
