only thing i have purchased with my points so far is a magazine subscription. i'm sitting on about 3000 points, hoping they put some kind of reward up that will be worth it.
It looks like I'm the only one that has only redeemed for sweepstakes entries! We don't drink Coke- only Powerade, so not lots of points to use. I never see any thing worht saving for, and just do the sweeps. I guess I must not be the only one, because then I would have won something by now!
Have you ever won anything? I never win! BUt I really have a lot of points right now and there is nothing good to get...thinking of doing some sweepstakes.
We drink an unGodly amount of Coke products. I just wait for the free 12 packs to pop up then get the coupons for those. It is shame how they have upped the points get them, though.
How are some people able to earn so many points? I feel like I've entered a MILLION codes and I only have 250 pts! And what does everyone spend their points on?
One way I save up so many points is that I have a gallon milk jug at work, with a cutout where people can drop their bottlecaps into. A lot of people at work are still in the habit of throwing the whole bottle w/ the cap in the trash. thats ok because I also try and "retrieve" as many promo bottle caps as I can, without getting all nasty in the process. I only pick out what I can get from the top layer. any caps retrieved is better than none.
lately I have been maxxing out our coke account and our friends coke account by trading the Pepsi Rockband caps for Coke caps. I had someone on another forum trade me 10 coke cap codes for every pepsi cap code that I traded to them. It used to be that each pepsi code was basically guaranteed to get you a song download for the Xbox 360 or PS3 or Wii, however people are now reporting that they are getting losers now. This has brought the trade ratio down to between 15-18 points, or 5-6 coke caps per pepsi cap traded. Some folks have lowered the ratio even further to just 10pts per pepsi cap code.
I have a question regarding coke rewards. Is there a thread devoted just for trading coke codes? I know there are 2 for just Disney Movie Rewards codes, but didn't find anything just for trading coke codes. I have seen where folks have made their own thread regarding questions about coke rewards, but I haven't found any regarding trading. any info would be greatly appreciated. hoping someone can point me in the right direction. thanks.
by the way, if trading is allowed - I will trade one pepsi cap for 6 coke caps. PM me if interested. thanks again.
My son usually gets Nike gift cards with our points. I've also gotten magazine subscriptions.
For me, the best and quickest way to get points is out of curbside neighborhood recycling bins. Last week, I found more than 100 points. The other week we were at a minor league ball game and we waited until the very end and found 27 points from bottles that people left in cupholders.
I also got the $25.00 Southwest gift card. Last year I got the Southwest round trip voucher for 12000 points- My DW and I flew from Pittsburgh with only having to buy one ticket- WOO HOO. It's gone down hill since then.

At my Mom's work they buy 48-packs of cans at BJ's for a vending machine in the breakroom. Those are worth 25 points!
At times I think I am wasting my time entering points. Two years ago I got the Visa virtual gift cards (which I used to buy Disney gift cards on line for free). Last year I got the Royal Caribbean Wine Package, 5 free bottles of wine on our cruise and included gratutity to our server. This year they have a Royal Caribbean Sea Monkey Set. DD has been asking for a pet but I don't think sea monkeys is what she had in mind!
